How does the grading work for homework and exam? Are partial points applicable for exam and homework? Could someone get 12.4 on exam and 2.6 on homework for 15 points (Pass) as an example?

There are partial points, but just half points. So no .1,.3 etc.
I will round you hw grade to the nearest half pt. That is 1.1 is 1 1.24 is 1 1.25 is 1.5 and so on.
Then I will go through borderline cases individually
