Dear all,
According to the syllabus of DA7070 (Computational Biology), the theory exam is planned as a written exam.
That said, I would personally prefer to run the exam as an oral one. This change, however, depends on your approval.
So if anyone insists on having a written exam, please email me within the next 10 days (marc.hellmuth@math.su.se)
In the latter case, I must arrange a written exam for everyone.
Just to be clear about the difference:

Oral exam: you may start with any topic you like. I will then ask questions, after which a second topic will be randomly chosen and discussed together.

Written exam: a 4-hour exam in which every topic from the course is covered in detail.
I hope you can live with the oral exam 🙂
