Loomis AB are looking for student resources who can work part-time on the side of their studies.
Background
Loomis AB’s risk control function as well as the insurance function is in need of a driven and humble student who can lend support to our team. The topics where we require support are:
- System administration of the Loomis ERM-system, assignments vary from administering user permissions and access, development of new functionality, setting up reports and more.
- Performance and documentation of controls.
- Management and analysis of data from various sources but mainly the ERM-system.
- Other administrative tasks related to the departments work within risk management and insurance.
Working hours are flexible and consideration to your studies is taken. You should be able to work 12-16 hours per week, of which a certain amount is preferred to be placed in our office in central Stockholm.
Qualifications
- Strong IT skills. Experience and understanding of programming and database management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package especially Excel.
- Interest in or experience from the insurance industry as well as related academic courses is a plus.
- To be a person of interest for this position you need to have minimum of a year left of your studies.
- Other than the above it’s a plus if you have a background in business administration or law.
Personal traits
- Problem solving is an important trait to possess. That is working with a problem and testing solutions independently.
- Thorough. You need to have an eye for details as well as being structured.
- Taking initiative. You don’t like sitting on the sidelines, rather you take the initiative to improve or maintain processes.
- Strong communication skills. You possess the ability to communicate both orally as well as in writing.
