Several of you have asked me the same question about Project 1 so I will answer it here for everyone.
When applying kernel PCA to the concentric circles you may not get the exact same result as the example shown in class. This is because you are asked to generate a new dataset yourself and decide the noise level so the two are not directly comparable. When interpreting your results focus on your own dataset.
