The course covers rings, ideals, prime ideals, nilpotens, nolldelare, modules, Noetherska rings, Hilbert's base rate, finite extensions and Noethersk normalization, Nullstellensatz, primidealspektrum, fractionations, primary division. Algebraic geometry is the study of solutions to systems of polynomial equations. Commutative algebra is the main algebraic means. The course will give an introduction to these areas. An example application is the coding theory.
