The course covers censoring and truncation, hazard and survival function, estimation of the survival function with Nelson-Aalen and Kaplan-Meier methods, methods for comparison of two or more survival functions, some parametric life length distributions and estimation of parameters, non-parametric methods, proportional hazard and Cox regression and some parametric regression models. The course also covers basic theory for counting process and martingales with applications in survival analysis.
