I wrote a summary of all propositions, lemmas, theorems and corollaries (and a few definitions I thought would be nice to have in more detail) in chapter 2. I did this for my own convenience, and I figured I might as well share it in case anyone else finds it helpful.
You can mouseover most words for a short definition of that specific word. For instance it could look like this:
"Let M be a manifold of dimension n" and you can mouseover manifold for a definition.
I am not quite done with chapter three yes, but nearly there. I'll upload it once finished.
